Tourism Minister: World must Unite Against Iranian Terror

We all must unite against the threat of Iran’s nuclear program”
Tourism Minister Stas Misezhnikov held an official ceremony at noon at the scene of the terrorist massacre in Burgas. Bulgarian government officials attended the event, including Bulgaria’s tourism minister, the governor of Bourgas, the mayor and heads of the Bulgarian Jewish community. The ceremony opened with a memorial prayer for the slain and the recitiation of the Kaddish prayer for mourners. Later the minister laid a wreath on behalf of the Government of Israel.
During his speech the minister thanked the rescue forces and authorities in Bulgaria for their professional and sensitive handling of the attack.
The minister said: “The important message I bring from the Government of Israel is that terrorism will not disrupt our way of life. Terrorists will not harm the relationship between the two countries.Bulgaria was and will remain a friendly ally. I thank the Government of Bulgaria for her devoted care. “
The minister also spoke with Israeli vacationers who stayed on in Bulgaria
The minister held a joint news conference with the Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and President Rosen Flvenliib in Sofia. The three announced that Bulgaria and Israel would enhance their bilateral strategic cooperation in security and tourism.
In September 2012 Israeli and Bulgarian official will meet in Jerusalem and further discuss cooperation between the two countries. In October, Bulgaria’s President Rosen Flvenliib will come on a state visit to Israel.
